Moving

Moving becomes part of my life after I came to US.
Yes, I moved so many times in Taiwan,too. But I never drive a truck and tow my car in Taiwan.
It is not as difficult as I thought to move with this gear, but it is still an exhausted job to load all stuff, drive hundreds miles , and upload them again within 2 days. Not to mention that the packing and unpacking jobs are inevitable.

My Gardening

I started to do gardening this year and spent most of my leisure time (around one hour per weekday and several hours on the weekend) on it. Now let me share some of my products. The main theme of my gardening this year is to grow different kinds of tomatoes.

球類運動的第一次

今年第一次去看滿場將近十萬人的 football game，如下圖所示
UT現在是全國第三名，主場球賽票連續59場sold out. PS:一年只有六場主場，也就是說已經連續快十年每場主場都sold out.


另外一個第一次，是終於第一次下場打18洞。
來了Austin才開始練golf，雖然在練習場還是打的很爛，不過因為好奇就決定下場打打18洞。

上圖我旁邊的球可是一杆上果嶺的喔！！

結果成績，如下圖所示，總共101杆，跟台灣國最高樓101一樣高。

但是呢，其實這是作弊後的成績，我有好幾洞開球，球直接飛到草叢或者樹林裡（嘿 今天球沒下水喔），就重新開一球。
算一算我總共掉了六顆球，所以總杆數要加六桿。
Anyway 第一次打18洞，打的比我想像的好多了。
套句訓政的名言，只要把球直直往前打，就可以把球打進洞。
用在今天的我身上，再適合也不過了，我今天的揮桿(推桿不算)，還是有不少球只在地上滾沒有離地，但是因為是直直向前滾，最後也是會上果嶺的。

第一次用麵包機做麵包

昨天在Goodwill看到一台十塊的二手麵包機，回家查了型號發現是好物之後，又立刻出門去把他搬回家，同時也買了高筋麵粉等做土司的材料。

今天趕緊試試看囉。為了做軟一點的麵包，昨天還試驗做湯種（詳細作法後補）。

總而言之，剛剛麵包出爐啦，哈哈哈哈。雖然看起來有點緊實，但吃起來是軟軟的喔，可能是湯種真的發揮功效啦。

這次是做最小尺碼的麵包，所以看起來可愛可愛的。下次真的要來挑戰正常尺寸的麵包了。同時，終極目標是做到像County Line一樣好吃的麵包！！
