July 4th in Austin

My first independent day in Austin. This year I planed to join the independent day festival with friends, but it turned out that I got lost with all my friends. Hence, I took some pictures of the fireworks without tripod. The most interesting thing to me was that many local Austin residents joined the party by canoe. They reached festival site by paddling their canoe on the Colorado river and stayed on their canoe to enjoy the fireworks and the outdoor concert. What a wonderful way to enjoy the fireworks if you can hold your pee for hours.
